Turmeric Bone Broth Latte (Keto)
Ingredients
- 2 cups chicken bone broth
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/4 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- A squeeze of fresh lemon juice
- A pinch of sea salt and pepper
Method
- Add broth to a small pot and bring to a simmer.
- Pour broth into a blender and add all other ingredients. Blend until frothy then pour into your favorite mug and enjoy!
