Turmeric Bone Broth Latte (Keto)

Ingredients

  • 2 cups chicken bone broth
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • A squeeze of fresh lemon juice
  • A pinch of sea salt and pepper

Method

  1. Add broth to a small pot and bring to a simmer.
  2. Pour broth into a blender and add all other ingredients. Blend until frothy then pour into your favorite mug and enjoy!
