Organic Beef Bones

Grass-fed, pasture-raised beef from Ashcroft, BC. Raised without antibiotics, animal by-products, or hormones. The 42-hour simmer draws out naturally occurring collagen, gelatin, and minerals.

Organic Chicken Bones

Free-range, halal-certified chicken from Abbotsford, BC. Raised without antibiotics. Naturally rich in collagen. Yields a lighter, golden broth.

Organic Carrots

Locally sourced from organic farms in BC. A source of beta-carotene, vitamin K1, and potassium. Adds a gentle natural sweetness.

Organic Garlic

Naturally contains allicin. Pungent and sharp, mellows over the long simmer.

Organic Onion

Naturally contains quercetin. Builds a deep, savoury base.

Organic Celery
