Ingredients
- 4 cups Organic Chicken Bone Broth
- 1/4 dried seaweed cut into small rectangles
- 3 tbsp miso paste
- 1/2 tsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp spirulina powder
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 cup chopped green onion
- 1/4 cup cubed firm tofu
Method
- Place bone broth in a medium pot and bring to a simmer.
- Add seaweed and garlic and continue to simmer for 5-7 minutes.
- In the meantime, place miso paste into a small bowl, add a little hot water and whisk until smooth.
- Add green onion and tofu to the pot and cook for 5 minutes.
- Then remove from heat and stir in miso mixture, soy sauce and Spirulina.
- Add sea salt to taste if desired and serve nice and hot!
