Spirulina Bone Broth Miso Soup

Ingredients

  • 4 cups Organic Chicken Bone Broth
  • 1/4 dried seaweed cut into small rectangles
  • 3 tbsp miso paste
  • 1/2 tsp minced garlic
  • 2 tbsp spirulina powder
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onion
  • 1/4 cup cubed firm tofu

Method

  1. Place bone broth in a medium pot and bring to a simmer.
  2. Add seaweed and garlic and continue to simmer for 5-7 minutes.
  3. In the meantime, place miso paste into a small bowl, add a little hot water and whisk until smooth.
  4. Add green onion and tofu to the pot and cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Then remove from heat and stir in miso mixture, soy sauce and Spirulina.
  6. Add sea salt to taste if desired and serve nice and hot!
