Gluten-Free Bone Broth Gravy

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons rice flour
  • 2 cups Organic Beef or Chicken Bone Broth
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • salt/pepper to taste

Method

  1. Melt the butter in a pan over medium low heat, add the rice flour, and whisk together.
  2. Add the bone broth and thyme and bring to a simmer whisking occasionally for about 3 minutes until mixture thickens.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve.
