Gluten-Free Bone Broth Gravy
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons rice flour
- 2 cups Organic Beef or Chicken Bone Broth
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- salt/pepper to taste
Method
- Melt the butter in a pan over medium low heat, add the rice flour, and whisk together.
- Add the bone broth and thyme and bring to a simmer whisking occasionally for about 3 minutes until mixture thickens.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve.
