Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup Organic Chicken Bone Broth
- 3 cloves crushed garlic
- 1 medium diced onion
- 1 teaspoon cinammon
- 1 teaspoon tumeric
- ½ teaspoon chili powder
- ½ teaspoon ground cardamom
- ½ teaspoon ground cloves
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 cup coconut cream
- 1 pound large raw prawns
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
Method
- Place a large saucepan over high heat and add the olive oil, garlic, onion and ginger. Saute for 5 minutes.
- Add the spices and saute for approx 3 minutes, until fragrant.
- Add the coconut cream and bone broth and bring to a simmer, then add prawns.
- Simmer for 5-7 minutes, until the prawns are cooked through.
- Remove from heat and serve. Enjoy topped with the chopped cilantro and a side of cauliflower rice.
