Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 small chopped onion
- 1 1/2 cups Jasmine rice
- 2 1/2 cups Wild Moon Organic Chicken Bone Broth
- 1 smashed clove garlic
- 2 sprigs fresh thyme
- 1 tablespoon freshly chopped parsley leaves for garnish
- salt and pepper
Method
- Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium heat.
- Add onion and saute until tender.
- Add the rice and stir until the rice is coated with the butter.
- Season with salt and pepper, to taste, and add bone broth. Add the garlic and sprigs of thyme.
- Cover with a lid and cook for about 15 minutes until rice is done.
- Remove the thyme. Fluff with a fork, add the parsley and serve.
