Baked Bone Broth Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 cup organic beef bone broth
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 1/2 tablespoon salt
  • 1/2 tablespoon pepper
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. a large bowl, combine together all ingredients, only adding 1/4 of the beef bone broth. Mix well.
  3. Coat a baking sheet with rimmed edges with non stick spray and roll meatballs into 1 inch balls. Place meatballs onto baking sheet.
  4. Pour the rest of the 3/4 cup bone broth around meatballs and bake for 30 minutes uncovered. Serve over spaghetti with homemade sauce. Bon appetit!
