Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 cup organic beef bone broth
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 1/2 tablespoon salt
- 1/2 tablespoon pepper
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
Method
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
- a large bowl, combine together all ingredients, only adding 1/4 of the beef bone broth. Mix well.
- Coat a baking sheet with rimmed edges with non stick spray and roll meatballs into 1 inch balls. Place meatballs onto baking sheet.
- Pour the rest of the 3/4 cup bone broth around meatballs and bake for 30 minutes uncovered. Serve over spaghetti with homemade sauce. Bon appetit!
